ISMO
I.S.M.O. - Gruppo professionale Interventi e Studi Multidisciplinari
nelle Organizzazioni - è sorto nel 1972. La sua missione è
quella di progettare e fornire ad imprese industriali, aziende di
servizio, scuole, amministrazioni pubbliche ed associazioni, interventi
professionali idonei ad affrontare con successo la gestione e lo
sviluppo delle risorse umane e dell'organizzazione. ISMO è
sede di formazione e tirocinio per laureati in Psicologia, laureandi
in Scienze dell'Educazione e specialisti italiani e stranieri nel
campo dello sviluppo delle Risorse Umane. ISMO, in cui stabilmente
operano 30 professionisti, si avvale anche di una rete di qualificati
consulenti esterni per ambiti di competenza affini. Aree peculiari
di attività sono: la formazione; la consulenza strategica
e d'organizzazione; la ricerca su tematiche organizzative e sociali;
la partecipazione a progetti nazionali e internazionali di ampio
orizzonte tematico; gli interventi di politica attiva del lavoro
(sia come supporto allo sviluppo nelle organizzazioni sia come servizio
di counseling individuale e collettivo). Inoltre, ISMO realizza
corsi master e seminari interaziendali: Master "Formazione
Formatori", nato nel 1980, con lo scopo di offrire un'efficace
preparazione a coloro che rivestono o intendono rivestire il ruolo
di formatore in azienda o in qualità di liberi professionisti;
Master "Professione Personale", nato nel 1991, che offre
a esperti del Personale e a quanti si avviano alla professione un
approfondimento delle aree e delle tecniche della Funzione Personale;
Seminari Interaziendali sui temi della managerialità, delle
competenze e della partecipazione.

ISTUD
- Istituto Studi Direzionali
L'ISTUD S.p.A. fu fondato nel 1970 per iniziativa di Assolombarda
e di un gruppo di grandi aziende italiane e multinazionali (fra
cui Pirelli, Olivetti, IBM, SMI) allo scopo di "offrire alle
imprese un servizio di formazione dei quadri direttivi a livello
delle istituzioni internazionali più qualificate". La
prima facoltà dell'Istituto era composta da professori della
Harvard Business School, affiancati da professionisti italiani della
consulenza direzionale e da giovani assistenti e ricercatori. Il
modello di riferimento - rimasto inalterato negli anni - è
quello delle grandi business school internazionali. Oggi l'ISTUD
è una scuola di management riconosciuta a livello internazionale
come istituzione scientifica e culturale, cioè come luogo
di produzione e diffusione di conoscenza esperta sui problemi di
gestione delle organizzazioni. Oltre alle attività formative
- e in relazione ad esse - l'ISTUD svolge da sempre attività
di ricerca, i cui risultati si traducono in materiali didattici
e pubblicazioni. Lo staff professionale dell'istituto è composto
